Mandatory Documents for Admission

Vivekanand Sr. Sec. School, Dharuhera

Parents are requested to submit the following documents at the time of admission:

Student Documents

1. Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation / Authorized Authority)

2. Aadhaar Card of Student (if available)

3. Passport Size Photographs of the student (2–4 copies)

Previous School Documents (For Class I onwards)

4. School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate (TC)

5. Previous Class Report Card / Mark Sheet

6. Attendance Record (if required)

Parent / Guardian Documents

7. Aadhaar Card of Father & Mother / Guardian

8. Passport Size Photographs of Parents (1–2 copies each)

Address & Identity Proof

9. Address Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Electricity Bill / Ration Card – any one)

Health & Safety (If Applicable)

10. Student Medical Fitness Certificate

11. Blood Group Information

• Original documents should be brought for verification

• Admission will be confirmed only after complete document submission
